Thank you for purchasing from Earlypicker. You can only cancel your order if your order has not being packed yet. And usually the package is being packed within one business day. Since international shipping takes more time than domestic shipping, we are trying best to ship out your order as soon as possible if there isn't any issue. We really hope our customers get their package as soon as possible because we totally understand your expectation to use the products ! So please check your order status and be noted that you can only cancel when it says, "Awaiting Payment", "Before shipment", "Pending" and "Shipping on Hold"
Not able to make any change when it says,"Preparing Shipment", "Awaiting Shipment", or "In Transit" status.
