Hi early picker, I have previously emailed but to no reply. So I am gg to leave this at the Q&A page. My total checkout was more than USD$100 but I was charged with a USD$10 shipping when it was supposed to be free. Can I get a refund for my shipping fee pls. If not it defeat the purpose for me to buy over USD$50.

In addition, I want to add in a medicube red bar into my current order. May I ask how do I add in to the current shipping? Thank you very much.
